Here is my undyed binder after a further two weeks of use. I have been using it constantly for 5 months now. I have taken close up photos of the details and features to show marks and the colour. It is gaining more scratches and dings but (as with all leather) the older and more used it is, the less you notice the scuffs and bumps. They just add to the beauty of the leather and the item – if you like that kind of thing that is. A gentle wipe with a babywipe removes most of the dark smudges that come from being in my bag with newspapers and wet umbrellas but I did not do that before taking these photographs. So these pics have not been treated in any way and neither has the binder. It has never had any oil or protective substance put on it.
