This one used to live in the kitchen – it is a Rain Spider, a type of huntsman spider native to South Africa. Their bites feel like a really bad bee sting. This is a tarantula

NO, NO and NO!!
I spotted a rather large garden spider in our conservatory on Friday evening. Fortunately, I have a qualified removal tool called Stuart. He’s very experienced – though he would be after spending more than 30 years with me.
I had no idea that my voice could get that high pitched 😉
I spotted a rather large garden spider in our conservatory on Friday evening. I had no idea that my voice could get THAT high pitched hahaaaaaa! Fortunately, I have a Stuart, and he is a spider removal expert. He’s had enough practice from being with me for over 30 years 😉
My hubby, mildly arachnophobic, would have a fit if he had a spider that size on his shirt. I don’t think he’d have a big smile like the gentleman in the picture. I have to say Mark is 6’2 and built like a barn door, it’s just spiders that creep him out. LOL.
