A day

We finally had a sunny day or two with a maximum temperature of 29°C.

The cats were rather hot.

We saw some old cars while out on a ride

And I saw my first 8-track stereo tape since about 1976!

This is the third Søstrene Grene shop in Stockholm. Søstrene Grene is a Danish company and sell the most amazing craft supplies, interior decor, bath and body products, yarn, stationery, teas, spices, and dried fruit – very cheaply. They also have signs in their store reminding you not to over-buy. It is like IKEA with whimsy. Each product category has hand-written signs explaining which of the Grene sisters (Anna or Clara) likes the product and why.

A pretty hill in Södermalm, near where I live. There are cobblestones all over Stockholm but I am NOT a fan. They are icy and slippery in winter and hurt my feet in summer shoes. Luckily you do have steps here, but in many places you do not have any choice.

Those stairs must be a bugger at the end of the day..

And this step system for shopping trolleys and prams.

A pretty door
