This is a beloved workhorse of a bag. I got it half price and duty free at the Mulberry Heathrow airport in June 2006. It is a limited edition tooled Mulberry Bayswater.
Description
The usual Mulberry Bayswater shape with tooled sections in contrasting leather. Two straps. Flap-over closure with postmans clasp and lock which is kept in a pouch attached to the straps. Four feet on the bottom. One zippered pocket on the inside. Some of the colourways in this series were stunning. My favourites were the ones with pink and with turquoise as a base colour but I cannot find any pictures anywhere.
Pros
Beautiful leather. Unusual. Wears well. Has an inside belt strap which can increase and decrease the size of the bag. Holds A4. Enormous.
Cons
Can be heavy
The picture at the top of the post was taken without flash so you can see the beautiful colour. These two below were taken with flash so you can see the contrast between the tooling and the Oak and also how any scratches and scuffs add to the beauty of this bag.
Below are pictures of other colourways in the series
