ICE means In Case of Emergency and in more and more countries now, people involved in emergency services are using it to find out who to contact in case something happens to you and you can’t tell them anything yourself. You can also list under this contact if you have any allergies or medical conditions. Of course you should be wearing a Medic Alert bracelet for anything serious.
