Gisou is a very hyped brand at the moment, but I love honey so I really wanted to try it. At the moment I am running out of shampoo so I am trying small sizes of ranges I have not used before. I use very little shampoo compared to conditioner, and my hair is strangely fussy about shampoo. I can use pretty much any conditioner, but shampoo can made my scalp itch, and turn my hair flat, limp, fuzzy and fluffy.
Gisou is not cheap, and mini sizes work out more expensive than the large ones. Not as expensive as buying a large bottle of something your hair hates though, and nice as a treat.
The smell is not very honey-ish (Nuxe does honey very well), but the shampoo is creamy and has a nice lather to it. The bottle means that you cannot pour out too much at once, and a little goes a long way. The conditioner is okay but I would not buy it again as it is not exceptional. I love the mask though, which also went a long way even on my long, thick hair.
