My week this week was quite busy. Wednesdays are always a bit of a challenge because Swedish Members of Parliament are only in Stockholm Tuesdays to Thursdays, and they all like to have lessons on Wednesdays. This week’s Wednesday was:
- 07.30 to 08.30
- 08.30 to 10.30
- 10.30 to 11.30
- 12.00 to 13.00
- 13.00 to 14.00
- 14.30 to 15.30
- 15.30 to 16.30
My original calendar page for Wednesday was a bit of a mess. Lots of crossing out and changes, and rewriting the times at the bottom did not help:
So in these cases I put a new page for those days over the old one and rewrite it. I just cannot afford to mix things up. Too-messy pages happen about three times a month so I always buy two calendar packs for each year. I don’t use all of the spare calendar, but being able to replace pages or parts of pages is invaluable for me.
My calendar is never pretty, always scribbly and untidy, and almost indecipherable except by me. But without it I do not know what I will be doing from hour to hour. I literally could not manage without it.
Interestingly, you can see the difference in my handwriting on the 15th below, compared to the 16th. My handwriting is neater on the 15th because I had time to write a little more slowly when I replaced the page. Normally I scribble quickly during the final 2 minutes of a lesson, so it is rather untidy.
I am in my Louis Vuitton PM agenda at the moment. My flea market bargain. I really love planners with gold hardware!
