The Mayor of Johannesburg needs a new speech writer and someone from Toastmasters to coach him

My job involves training top level politicians in speech-writing and also coaching them before giving speeches. This man desperately needs a good speech and some decent coaching. He is the Mayor of Johannesburg in South Africa.
