  1. Janet, why do men feel the need to mansplain everything to women? Even after they have been told that said woman knows more on the subject than they do?

    1. I am actually not sure. I am not sure if it is a generational thing, or comes from men living in more patriarchal relationships. I can’t remember ever being ‘mansplained’ to by a woman but I am sure it happens. I have worked in what were at the time very masculine careers (journalism and then IT) and it used to happen quite often. Not so much now though.
