Latest version of my Talking about Sweden booklet

The sticky post at the top of my blog contains all the specialist glossaries I have created for various public sector organisations in Sweden over the years. This post also has links to other specialist glossaries. This makes it very easy for my students to quickly find the resources that they need.

My booklet, Talking About Sweden 12 August 2021, is updated twice a year and then printed. This has been a hobby for me for many years, language being my passion, and the foreword describes it perfectly

In the common words we use every day, souls of past races, the thoughts and feelings of individual men stand around us, not dead, but frozen into their attitudes like the courtiers in the garden of the Sleeping Beauty. Owen Barfield, author (1898-1997)

  1. Very cool, Janet! I just downloaded it and it’s fascinating. I’m an American who speaks Spanish too, but that’s all, so a glimpse into another language is welcome! Thanks for sharing all of your hard work! Your posts are always great.
