The woman with the umbrella lives in a country that has seen decades upon decades of drought. So when the rains came, her civic duty was to save each and every drop as best as she could.
The woman who had her shirt on backwards was just channeling Celine Dion circa the 1999 Academy Awards.
I have 3 personal favorites:
– The *locked up* bicycle
– The car deodorizer *outside* of the car
– The “DO NOT DRINK THIS WATER” sign posted *right above* the urinal…because, of course, you never know.
