My dad used to have a Chow many years ago. He was a lovely golden sandy colour
My sister in Victoria was breeding Chows for many years. She died two years ago.

Did they not get hot in Australia, being so fluffy? Or are they like wolves which adapt pretty well?
I think they adapted fairly well and the Kennel that my sister ran is still in operation and still one of the top Chow breeders. I was never keen on them. Can’t think why , just never really liked them. I am more of a terrier person.
They are so pretty but myself, as you probably know from my blog, like Rhodesian Ridgebacks and Boerboels. I grew up with them and they have lovely natures.
