Here are two covers custom-made by Van Der Spek to fit Hobonichi planners. The teal one was for Joy and the brown ostrich one was for Sharon. You can choose these in different sizes and in any of the leathers available – ostrich, croc, nappa, Italian full grain, undyed, Janet leather, saffiano, reptile and so on. As you can see you can have the pocket constellation custom made and include secretarial pockets, zippered pockets, any clasp closure you desire, pen loops etc. You could also request holes for elastics and turn it into a Midori notebook cover as well.
