An vintage shop near us recently displayed this as a pewter brooch/pill box
This is only the third one I have ever seen in real life. I have one that I received as a gift in the 1980s, when I was living in the US. It consists of a necklace, a brooch, and earrings in a little box.
I looked it up and there are quite a few for sale, though most of them do not have all the components. Hallmark-type card and gift shops are not really a thing in Sweden, and I believe that is where these were sold.
