This is a sculpture outside a local school. Perhaps it is meant to show everyone slotting together to form a whole.
As I walked past yesterday I saw it had been defaced with graffitti. It looked like a giant rusting pile of scrap. I found that to be a disturbing thought, given the state of the world today.
