It is looking more beautiful every day and is developing gorgeous, glowy patina.
The reason it is so even and unblemished is probably that I am using a pouch to carry it in my handbag. I wanted to do this to protect it from scuffs and stains while it was new, and the pouch has really paid off. Undyed leather is vulnerable when it is new and I normally just power past the ‘teenage’ stage. But this time I am glad I didn’t.
Petra really rocked it out of the park with this texture. It is absolutely perfect.
