I found this Opal Time watch in the local Salvation Army charity shop when I went to drop off some things. I am not really a watch-wearer except for work, but it caught my eye and I fell in love with it. It cost $13. I have always loved opal and this one has a tiled opal triplet face and a navy blue lizard-print strap. The flashes of opalescence as you move your arm are spectacular. It was probably a cheap item from Australia or Asia.
