I have had this little Celine pouch for years. It’s not very big but I use it to hold my medicine when I travel. It is very reminiscent of Louis Vuitton monogram canvas with vacchetta detailing, but I like that this pattern is not that common and not produced anymore. I have been looking for another one of these pouches for a while but the prices are astronomical compared to what I paid. I am not sure to what extent this Celine’s monogram canvas was counterfeited compared to Louis Vuitton’s.
I have used this pouch for years and it shows almost no wear at all.
That Céline pouch is so much nicer than the Vuitton ones.
I have never understood all that buzz around LV monogram that comes mostly from foreigners. Here in France and more especially in Paris, LV is no longer synonym of luxury since that brand has been adopted by young people who vastly bought fakes in the early 2000. Nowadays people no longer use LV items (genuine ones) because they don’t want to be associated with these youngsters.
It is a shame as LV make nice leather items and accessories which have proved to be excellent quality and durable.
I totally agree. I love my little pouch, and most people probably don’t even know the brand when they see it. LV is too ubiquitous. Having said that though, I do love their Neverfull!
Hi Janet,
Here’s another piece in Canada.

Thank you – that’s lovely! It reminds me of a Celine Boogie bag!
