I remember cuban heels on boots (not exactly high heels since they were only 1.5″) and platform shoes with Oxford Bags. I used to wear flares that had a 28″ waist, were tight to the knees and then flared out to a 40″ bottom.
And I know exactly what Oxford bags are haha!!
