Some of my relatives ‘ooze lead’ as we call it within the family. They get ‘the sits’ and don’t know when to leave a gathering. One couple was so bad that their hosts gave up and went to bed, telling them ‘turn the lights out when you leave’.
So I was really tickled when I saw this on Very British Problems

We used to have a saying in the office I worked in (at the Scottish Economic Planning Department in 1973) Everyone brings joy to this office: some when they arrive and others when they leave!
I saw this as a poster which someone had pinned to their cubicle when I worked for British Telecommunication. Amazing how some things stick with you while others get forgotten in the mix.
Ha ha I certainly share that sentiment. I like most people, but people that drain energy leave me exhausted. Some people are drains, others are radiators.
