Picture this…

We stayed in this little cabin in the woods when we travelled south recently.

It was pretty basic but we hardly spent any time there. We got home each night, had some tea, and went to bed.

The hardest part was the stairs up to the bedroom (treacherous in socks), and the actual bed. We had to hunch over almost on our knees to get into the bed, and there were no curtains in the bedroom. In the middle of the Swedish summer, that was a problem. Luckily I took a sleep mask so I didn’t notice it.
