The first Clare Mackintosh book I read was The Hostage. It was good, but didn’t blow my socks off.
This one, however, did. I could not put it down.
Now I am halfway through this one and can’t put it down either…
I have ordered three more of her books, which are on the way as I write this. It is rather unusual for me to love an author so much I buy the books new, but she is really good!
