1. I worked for a guy many years ago who was a tough cookie, but a great boss. In his office was a framed picture his daughter thought would be better in his office than at home. It showed a bald eagle staring directly into the camera with the caption, ” but I am smiling”. It always set the tone for one’s visit to “George’s office”.
