This is a mask I found deeply discounted on the Sephora sale recently. It was the last one on the shelf, and the packaging was so inviting that I thought I would try it. I love honey products (Nuxe honey facial cleansing gel is my favourite) and my face has been really battered by the sun on the bike so into my basket it went.
It looks and feels like honey in the pot, so you take the little metal spatula (which sticks to the magnetic lid), spread it on your face and then massage in. As you massage, the mask heats up and forms a thick cream, which you then leave on your face for about 20 minutes before rinsing off.
This gets a thumbs up from me because – the ultimate test – when I woke up the next morning my face was still soft and smooth, not tight and dry.
An extra plus for the packaging. A box within a box but not wasted because each part of the packaging tells you more about the company, the product, and the ingredients.
