Summer solstice 2019

The summer solstice this year happened at 6.54pm Swedish time, from which point each day will become shorter and shorter. In the north of Sweden, the sun will does not set for 47 days in the summer. In Stockholm the sun sets for a couple of hours but it is light 24/7.

The photo below was taken from our bedroom window at 11.30pm.
