I confirm they are very good and so cheap fountain pens. I have a Diamond Clear one and a Diamond and Black Cap one with F and EF nibs and they are still like new after two years of intense use.
I have never tried Pilot ink though. Is it good quality? I find that with F or EF nibs the ink mustn’t be too wet otherwise you get see-through even on thick paper.
