Leather Quill TN that looks like Africa

I loved this Pecos cover by The Leather Quill Shoppe.

Now sold (happily for my wallet) it reminded me of the commissioned design below by Rachel Denbow of Smile and Wave.

I wrote about Rachel’s notebook in 2015, so when I saw Mandy’s cover above (completely natural, not manually shaped to depict Africa) I almost pounced because Africa is so deep in me that I have an emotional connection to things like this. I hesitated a few minutes and it was gone, which I am glad for as I have too many covers as it is!
