I still have a working Nokia 7110 from 1999, put my spare SIM in it this weekend!
I have later Nokia phones as well. But I have to say that despite their menu system which we lived with and loved, they aren’t as intuitive as I once thought having been an iPhone user now for several years!
Funnily enough there is now a call for Nokia to bring back the 3310, as a survey has indicated that it was the most popular mobile ever. I understand that Nokia might release a retro design but with all the modern features. My personal favourite, although I couldn’t afford one, as they never made a Pay As You Go model was, I think, the 8210. Would I buy one today? Maybe left as a pleasant memory of the 1990’s.
I loved the 3310 – it was the first mobile model that I really liked.
