Lol, having been brought up in a house where cats and dogs were the norm, I am always puzzled by how partisans of one animal take against those of the other animal. I know it’s usually tongue in cheek, but sometimes it’s for real. There was a case where I live where neighbours got so heated on the subject they stopped talking to each other. You would think any animal lover would have more in common than difference with another animal love. It seems a fairly recent phenomenon.
