Another of my favourite book artists – bccreativity on Etsy

All these books are by Benjamin Castro of bccreativity on Etsy. The handbound books I collect are all unusual with clasps, secret panels, 3D effects. I love the ones that Benjamin does and the prices are very reasonable.

  1. How do you use these books, Janet? You must have a huge collection and l always wonder what you use them for.
    Just being curious…

    1. Some of them I display and do not use (these are the bigger more ornate ones). The others are usually refillable and I can reuse them by replacing the book inside them. I use them for everything from client records to recipe books to travel journals or daily diary. I have several that are scrapbooks and two (one full, one half full) which are Lookbooks – I paste things from magazines that I want or am inspired by into them. I also have two that are photo albums.

  2. Gorgeous! You are right, the good old bookbinding is the fascinating aspect beside the beautiful, creative and detailed artwork.
    Very nice!
