Weleda Skin Food – another skincare favorite

I always thought that spending most of my life in Africa would have been what damaged my skin the most. The hot wind, the blazing sun that burned me to a crisp almost every day, growing up before sunscreen, spending so much time on the beach, in the salty sea, in chlorinated pools… That is, until I moved to Sweden. WOW, that kind of cold can really ruin your skin. You go from central heating inside – very very drying and keeping the temperature at about 25°C – to Arctic temperatures outside – down to -30°C with even colder winds. And you do it all day everyday. Constantly changing temperatures and cold that literally burns every bit of skin that is exposed.

I find this cream really works for very dry skin. It doesn’t irritate my skin and I can use it everywhere it is dry and sore – even on my face. It is also very reasonably priced and easily available from beauty departments and health shops.
