Embryolisse is one of my very favourite moisturizers. It is a makeup artist’s secret weapon but has recently become easier to find and more well-known. Before it was usually only available at pharmacies in France but now you can get it online. A quick search will see where your closest option is.
It is very mild and gentle with a delicate clean fragrance which is not strong at all. It is suitable for all ages and all skin types. Can be used to remove makeup, as a shaving cream and as a moisturiser. My skin absolutely loves it. Sweden can get very hot in summer (making my skin more greasy) and of course it gets extremely cold in winter (making it tight and dry) but this moisturiser balances it out so it never feels tight or oily.
I pay about £10 per tube but have just found this two for one offer, and pounced!
Another great French Pharmacy find is Homeoplasmine but I will write another post on that soon.
I agree re the little man and the discontinue button. Can’t think how many times over the years that that has happened. Thanks for the info on the Embryolisse. Always nice to hear/read comments from someone you “know” (even if it is by blog!) 🙂
It’s wonderful to find a cream that works for you. I recently paid over the odds for a discontinued Clarins gel face cream that is the only one that has ever worked on my skin all year round. Every drop is precious!
I sometimes wonder if there is a little man somewhere who presses a ‘discontinue’ button every time I like something. It happens with lipsticks, moisturisers – everything. I am glad (but also sorry) that I am not the only one who has this happen 🙂
