Trying to identify this stunningly beautiful organizer

Gorgeous deep purple exotic with gold hardware. I love that square clasp strap.

Sara Jean found this beautiful binder in a thrift store. Can you imagine that? Isn’t stumbling upon a hidden treasure in a charity shop the secret dream of many of us?

This purple beauty is brand new with original tags, comes from an ultra luxe company in Italy, and bears the name of a now defunct casino in Las Vegas. Plus it has gold rings!

Sara Jean has had no luck tracing its origin so I am posting here in case someone out there recognises this model of planner. Would appreciate any information anyone can find on this so I can pass it on to Sara Jean.

The organiser was made by Minobossi in Italy, for the Desert Inn in Las Vegas in around 1996/7. It was probably either sold in their gift shop, or given as a gift to special customers, or given as a promotional item in celebration of  the refurbished establishment.

Here are some photos (isn’t it stunning?)

From 1997, the year that the Desert Inn was refurbished. Look at that ruler! Nice and big - like the Gillio rulers.

Gold rings. Purple with gold rings - was anything ever more beautiful!

The original label - what a lovely name - Aubergine Jungle Calf
