Setup of Zenok ‘Zendori’ covers and pencil case

Apologies for the fact that some of the photographs are a bit fuzzy. I use my iPad to photograph and it does not cope well with Swedish winter and its permanent twilight and darkness. The sun only comes back on 10 March unfortunately.

This is not a final setup as I love spending part of  New Year’s day fiddling with my planner. Some would say I am a saddo but I really like it.

At the moment in the A5 I have five exercise books. I am toying on using each one for a different topic (for example: blog, work, sales). And in the Full Size Traveler’s notebook I have plastic ziplock pocket, credit card holders, kraft pockets, one lined notebook, one unlined notebook and one of Ray and Rhomany’s planner packs (HIGHLY recommended).

The pencil case will hold Frixions and Muji Gel pens, a ruler, some glue and a pair of scissors.

These covers and pencil case are lovely. The workmanship is gorgeous and the colour has to be seen to be believed. I am hoping to be able to document the changes to it that will come through use and age. Thank you Zeno!

  1. Janet,
Love your blog so much. I’m about to push BUY on a Zenok A5 cover and am curious about your setup: did you use Midori inserts (pockets, etc.) or do you have another source? Thanks for all you do!

    1. For my Midori-sized Zenok I use a mix of Midori and Ray Blake inserts and pockets. And for the A5 I use A5 notebooks and have made pockets from manila folders. You could also tape together various filofax A5 pockets and slip them under the elastic.
