Update on two previous articles

Updates on two articles I wrote previously – one is about Cadence, the badly injured dog used as bait in dog-fighting who was rescued by Eldad Hagar. Her Youtube video (featured in the link below) has been shared well over 1 million times. Click for Cadence story

The second update is about Shango, the Boerboel who was so good with cats. Click for story here

Shango sadly had to be put to sleep yesterday. He was only two years old but had an inoperable mass in his chest and lymphoma. He was a wonderful dog – a real gentle giant.

His owner Jen was with him as he departed for The Rainbow Bridge. As soul-destroying as it is, the precious gift of a peaceful and dignified end is probably the most unselfish and loving thing we can do for our pets pets.
