Green pocket Filofax Tejus with four rings

I have used this over summer, because I have had fewer to dos and I wanted to be able to carry it with me everywhere. I am surprised that it was so easy to use. The four (instead of six) rings was not a problem. I just made do with the inserts that would fit, and found I did not miss the rest. The leather is incredibly hardy, does not show wear AT ALL, and is a beautiful colour. I love the popper cover.

I am actually considering using it now the academic term has started again. I won’t be able to fit ‘extra’ inserts anymore but I will see how much I miss them. At the moment I have

  • week-on-two-page vertical calendar insert – 6 months ahead (normally 1 year)
  • page a day calendar insert – 1 month ahead (normally 3 months)
  • lined notepaper
  • 3 plastic envelope inserts (normally 4)

  1. The Pocket Tejus is indeed lovely, though I find the leather a bit stiff. The Pocket Sherwood from the same era has exactly the same internal layout, but uses a lovely supple kid leather, which seems to patinate and age beautifully. It spanned the 4-ring/6-ring transition (as did the Tejus; mine is 6-ring). But it wasn’t available in your lovely green…

    1. I like the sound of the Sherwood! My Tejus is an unsually bright green. I am not sure if the pockets were all this shade, but my green personal size Tejus was much more muted in tone.

  2. That is a gorgeous planner! So glad you seem to have found planner peace! I think I am there too. I use a regular size Traveler’s Notebook with a monthly calendar, a grid notebook and an insert to doodle when I have some time and I think I have finally found my planner peace!…

    1. I seem to indeed have the peace, though I do miss my TN. I prefer being able to move things around and add/remove pages with rings though. I wish you could have it all!
