I have been watching little Jackson for a while now. Every time I see him pop up on my feed it makes me smile.
At birth, Jackson was not expected to live, but has proved the experts wrong. He is fed by gtube and cannot walk on his own but coming along in leaps and bounds. He will be having major surgery later this year, after which he will have a full body cast. I have contributed to his GoFundMe, and will do so again before the surgery. I am lucky to live in a country with national health care, but I grew up in a country where you had to have medical insurance through your employer, so I know how hard it can be for families with high support needs.
