This tag fell out from under the saddle of our bike last weekend as we were fixing the bike for spring. It had been there for more than 5 000kms. I loved how it was battered and weather-worn but still smiling after I gave it a quick wipe. If I still kept a scrapbook, this would have gone in for sure!
We put on dust deflectors, fixed the pillion seat (a bolt had come off), and changed the battery. I love this time of year when we start readying her for our first ride of the year. Usually we can go out from the end of April, when it warms up enough to be pleasurable rather than painful.
