Älskade traditioner

For my daughter’s birthday I decided to give her a Swedish fika…

…but a fika with style. When Amanda and I usually fika, it’s coffee and apple pie or cinnamon bun. This time I decided to take her to Älskade traditioner in Stockholms hip Södermalm (SoFo).

Älskade traditioner offers traditional Swedish food (herring, meatballs), regular fika fare (chocolate balls, cinnamon buns, pastries, biscuits, all kinds of coffee and tea) BUT it is famous for its sweet or savoury waffles and its EPIC milkshakes. When I say epic, I mean

EPIC…

…and the decor is wonderful!

They are at Södermannagatan 42 in Stockholm.
