It seems that the idea is to “de-globalize” the politics for these two nations, at least. I can tell you, being from one of them, that this is truly one of the most divisive (on both sides) presidential campaigns of my lifetime. I read the other day from some Hollywood type that he “fears Clinton as President because he knows what that looks like” and “fears a Trump presidency because he doesn’t know what that looks like”.
