All of these deaths at one time are so very very sad.
I agree with you, Janet. What is going on?? We’ve had four famous French people who died in the last three weeks (singer, actor, writer…). I feel really sad about the loss and keep thinking that we have to make the best of life when we can. Life is short and death sometimes unpredictable. So enjoy every day as if it was the last one!
Whatever it is they got, I hope I don’t get it…….
May they all RIP……
Meant to say, hope we don’t get it…..
🙂
Indeed!
A constant reminder tomorrow should never be taken for granted.. One Christmas a few years ago in a matter of 10 days 10 people my Mother had known ( a mixture of friends and family) had died, it got to the point she didn’t want to answer the phone anymore…
I’ve never known a period quite like we have experienced in this last month.
As I’m always saying ‘Life is too short’ especially when you get to my age. Some of these people are more than 10 years older than me…
It makes me even happier that I took the brave move to ‘retire’ when I did at 51, because I don’t think I would have seen 60 had I continued in the job I was in back then.
There is going to be one hell of a band in heaven 😉
