These are pretty hard to find. My saved search, in three years, has found only two of these. One of them I alerted one of my readers to and this one I have just bought. I wish I knew if there were minis in this collection as I have A5, personal and pocket in my collection. I must find that out.
This one is new, a former floor sample which has never been used. I have always loved this Filofax leather more than any other (except for perhaps the exotics) because it feels like real old school leather. The Western feel is enhanced by the decorative saddle stitching.
Gorgeous! Can’t wait to read about it after it arrives to you.
It seems now is the time to find all our unicorns. I just acquired both of mine, too! A Personal Topaz and an A5 Amazona, both black! I am thrilled.
Thanks for the wonderful filofax posts:)
It’s so funny: looking for a new binder lead me to your site, and also to the Belmont auction. I forgot to bid on it–now I’m glad I forgot! Small world!
Your reviews convinced me to go with two Van der Spek planners anyway and I’m really looking forward to the two secretary pockets on the Touch Mes.
Question: I’m looking for a good leather ring binder in A4 or 8.5 x 11 inch size with a snap tab closure, space for a writing pad, and a secretary pocket. The Touch Me would be perfect if they had the larger size. Have you run across anything like this that you can recommend? I’m amazed it’s been so hard to find something good in that size in the US.
I enjoy your blog, thanks for doing it!
Patience and persistence paid off…what a great find 🙂
It is beautiful.
Now, if you should see another one……..
