I have written about these notebook covers before in this article, but I think they kind of fell down to the bottom of that page so I will do a special post for them.
The brand is Liebeskind, Berlin and these ones are available from thelittlegreenbag.nl, where they are described as

De agenda sluit met een elastieken band rondom. De binnenzijde is uitgevoerd in een opvallende slangenprint. Door het handige elastiekensysteem is de inhoud wisselbaar.
which, translated using my Kitchen Dutch aka Afrikaans, reads
An agenda and notebook in one. The Calendar A by Liebeskin is made our of high qhality leather in a large format. The agenda closes with an elastic around it. The interior is made in a striking snakeskin print. Thanks to the handy elastic system the contents are replaceable.
I love the colours – particularly the blue one I have at the top of the post. The prices on this site are not cheap but I have heard that the leather is fantastic. The metal clasp is really unusual.
I read Dutch but I imagine that if you don’t you could a) use Google Chrome to translate it or b) use the contact form here to see if they ship to your country.
Do you know where it is possible, to get a new calender or notebook?
If Liebeskind don’t make them I would try Etsy 🙂
I now have the large and small (the flint blue and the salmon shades respectively), thanks to your enabling! Both came from Amazon Germany, the prices were reasonable and the delivery very quick to the UK.
Oooh – how do you like them? Which is your favourite color? My fave was the flint blue <3
I’m really pleased with them! The flint blue is a gorgeous colour. I don’t think I’ll use the diaries in them – I prefer them as notebooks. Thank you for the tip-off!
I’ve just found these for a reasonable price on Amazon Germany, with low postage to the UK. So I’ve ordered. This will go with my new Midori and my new binder from the amazing Akiko! My bank account is groaning, but I am in stationery heaven!
Ooh keep us posted about how you like them. And about your Akiko binder! And your Midori!
I’m planning a grand set-up of them all this weekend! Akiko’s binder is stunning – I keep stroking it! She is such a sweetheart …
I’m very tempted by one of these, but I can’t work out whether you can salvage the cover once the diary has been used up …
Yes you can – they work like the Midori notebooks so you just slip another calender or book under the elastic. You can also change them whenever you like according to your needs.
Excellent – thanks! I’m now dithering between one of these and a Midori …
Are you in the Midori group on Facebook? There are nice comparisons in there between these and the Midori with photos of the inside.
I’m not – I’ll toddle over and join now! Thanks!
See you in there! The address is https://www.facebook.com/groups/132642456932203/ and about half way down the first page is a Liebeskind post which really shows the inside nicely!
Splendid – thank you! I’ve just been approved and had a good nose …
And, ahem … *Looks shifty*. I might just have bought a Midori!
Yay! You won’t be sorry – they are lovely!
I spent a very pleasant afternoon browsing and drooling!
I am so glad to hear that!
I shall of course blame you for enabling when the bank manager makes a fuss!
Where do you get the refill?
I am not sure if Liebeskind still make them but Etsy is where you can get inserts of all sizes.
