Menopause clothing

They now have menstruation underwear, so menopause clothing was not far behind. I wonder if it helps?

  1. This is really interesting! I am probably in perimenopause and some nights have been hot-hot-hot but not in a fun way… I need to investigate and see if I can find menopause friendly night shirts!…

      1. Some changes I have made was not to my wardrobe, but to what I eat. I have reduced dramatically the amount of sugar I eat (no added sugar, fewer cakes, no gummy bears) and reducing gluten. I often spend many days without eating gluten and I am way less bloated. I have also started to drink a cup of sage tea and this has almost completely eliminated my night sweats. Less sugar and sage tea are definitely winners in my book!
