In Sweden it is pretty hard to find products for curly hair. It’s not as hard as it used to be, but still difficult. Products tend to be either for Nordic hair (which is fine and straight) or very coily hair. The former is too light for my 3a-ish hair (making it fluffy), the latter is too heavy (making it oily).
Curls are divided into waves (type 2), curls (type 3) and coils (type 4). Charts differ but I am generally a 2b/3a. Curly products in Sweden are often for coils in the 4 range, which is way too heavy for me. Below you can see that I have curly bits and straighter bits. This is what my hair looks like when air dried.
I found the Being range at a local store, and was delighted to see that it was for hair that was something in between straight and fine, and coily or coarse. My hair really liked it. The products were $7 each for large sizes. I liked that they all had the curl range written on them, so that I could choose between something that would be not too light and not too heavy
This one was for coils in the 4 range, and would have been to heavy for me.
