I recently bought my 2026 calendar refills. I am so boring – I always buy the same layout, for the same reason. And I always buy Burde.
I purchase two week-on-two-pages vertical layout refills. The second one is a spare for if my original page tears or becomes too scribbled out to easily read. The most important thing is that I know where I am supposed to be and when. I rely 100% on my calendar because each day is different and I am in up to seven different places a day. I have constant cancellations and reshuffles so sometimes my pages become messy.
Behind that is always a page-a-day calendar for my daily to-dos. And behind that, lined notepaper.

Combining two page a day is genius
With the rise of PDA’s in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s followed by the smart phone I thought there would be a limited number of binder pages available. I know a lot of people (including you) still use the written page to keep track of appointments etc so I knew they haven’t vanished but aren’t you worried that they will become less and less available as more people use their smart phones to keep track of their day?
It is becoming harder and harder to find refills in traditional places these days, and there’s not much variety. Niche online marketplaces like Etsy, however, are full of shops that make a huge variety of refills for different ring organisers and notebook covers. They are handmade by small-scale artisans in a myriad of different designs, which is so positive.
