I really love Iman. She is amazing and was the perfect match for David Bowie. When asked ‘What do you think is your greatest achievement?”, Bowie replied “Marrying my wife.” The interviewer persisted with ‘But as a musician?’ “Nothing else matters.”
More than forty years ago, Iman made huge strides as a woman of colour in modelling and business at a time when there was no diversity. So I was interested to see this in 2024 UK Vogue magazine. Note also that they used the brand name Filofax for a Louis Vuitton Agenda.
