Where is everyone?

I started work again yesterday after five days off and Stockholm City was deserted! Everyone must be taking another day or two off!

The Stockholm Old Town at 10am – it’s usually packed!

Liljeholmen Centre at 12.30pm – also deserted

A typical winter day – minus 10°C and snowing. I need windscreen wipers and a demister on my glasses!

  1. Brrrr! England is the same at the moment, Christmas seems to last longer each year. I am always glad to be back to my usual pursuits and occupations. I am retired and like my ordinary day to day life. I expect that in a day or two you’ll be thinking where have all these people come from? I love the pictures of Stockholm, it always looks such a beautiful city.

    1. Stockholm is a beautiful city and I am lucky enough to work in the old part so I see these beautiful buildings all day every day. I never get tired of them.

      1. I can totally understand that. I love looking at old buildings. We have a medieval town near us, with a Shambles, walls and many old houses. I love going there for book and shoe buying trips.
