This is a lovely item. In recent years I have found Moleskine overrated and their paper quality is iffy depending on which country and which batch they are from. But I really fell for this Limited Edition.
The box is made like a giant Moleskine in Prussion Blue. It has a quote from The Little Prince engraved in white on the cover and closes with a Moleskine signature elastic band.
The box is 18 by 26 centimetres and holds six ruled volant notebooks (each 13 by 21 centimetres) with 96 ruled pages, 16 of which are detachable. Three notebooks are Prussian blue and three are orange yellow, and each contains images from the French novella, Le Petit Prince on the cover. Also included are three colourful postcards and three sets of stickers for personalising the notebooks.
I have always loved Le Petit Prince. I love the way he lives on his own little planet with his flower. I will keep my eyes open for that boxed set. It is gorgeous!
Ooooh, I must have this! I remember reading Le Petit Prince for the first time when I was in my teens, and loving it. I find Moleskine a tad over-hyped as well, although I use one of their diaries as I like the space on the right-hand page to add notes. Their pens and Kindle covers aren’t great quality.
It really is gorgeous!
