A5 Purple Malden

This one I have had for a while but realised today I had not featured it on my blog. It came from Colemans, where I bought it on sale.

I really love Colemans – delivery is superfast, prices are excellent and they package it in proper Filofax boxes or hard sleeves and then in another box with bubble wrap.

This is a difficult colour to photograph – if you use a flash or artificial lighting it tends to look more like Vintage Pink – watch out for this if you are buying on eBay as I have seen purples that really look like Vintage Pink. But if you photograph in dull natural light (as I have to) it tends to look almost black.

With Green Dundee - no matter whether light or dark, green and purple always go together.

  1. Prettttyyy!!! And you are so right about the colour. I’ve seen the purple as a bright bright almost neon purple to a super dark one. I know you’ll get differences with the dye lots, but not that much!
